STAND DAY EVENTS

In addition to our ice-cold lemonade, come by and have some fun at one or more of our stand events.

All Day - DJ Scott Dubey will be rocking the Common.

9:00-10:00 Zumba Class - Annie is donating 1/2 of her class proceeds to the lemonade stand!

10:00-2:00 Skin Cancer Prevention and Education provided by the Melanoma Foundation of New England. Stop by to learn how to prevent skin cancer from occuring and even have your face scanned.

10:30-11:30 (tentative time) Story Hour with Jennifer Whitehead, Children's Librarian.

12:00-1:00 (tentative time) A Visit from a Clown.

1:30-2:30 Footloose School of Dance performance.

2:30-3:30 (tentative time) Tigon Martial Arts demonstration.

1:00-4:00 Face Painting with Jessi

Throughout the Day - Laser Engraving of Tags

Throughout the Day - Fair Hair provided by Station 5 Salon

AMAZING SATTELITE SALES!

Jitterbugs Mom Amy Cormier and her third grade class held a lemonade stand and inspired near-by middle schoolers to do the same. As a result of their efforts, Jitterbugs was proud to receive a check for $1420.71 to add to our growing 2010 funds. Jitterbugs Mom Kathy Weiss brought us $400 raised at another sattelite lemonade stand at her school, this one hosted by students with autism. Aren't these great stories? Jitterbugs is very lucky to have such a great community to work with in this fight against childhood cancer.

2010 Stand Day Kick-Off Event - 9:00 Zumba Class

Annie Smith from BLAZ'N BODY'Z - Your ZUMBA Center (www.ilove2zumba.com) will be offering her Saturday morning Zumba class on the Common. She will donate one-half of the class proceeds to the stand. Stop by for a great work out and enjoy some ice-cold lemonade after class. In addition to doing something good for yourself, you will be doing something good in the fight against pediatic cancer! Thanks Annie - you're the best!
