Hey everyone! My name is Kaitlyn, and I’m so excited to share that I’ll be running the 2027 Chicago Marathon with Team Lemon, fundraising for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and childhood cancer research! 🍋💛

A little about me: I’m a full-time ultrasound technologist, a photographer on the side, and someone who has always loved pushing myself beyond my comfort zone and finding new adventures. Working in healthcare has allowed me to see firsthand how cancer can impact not only the person diagnosed but their entire family. It’s something that has stayed with me and made me want to find a way to give back beyond my everyday work.

When the opportunity came to combine my love for running with a cause that makes such a meaningful difference, I knew I wanted to be involved. My goal is to use this marathon journey to bring people together, raise awareness, and help fund research that gives children and their families more hope for the future.

Whether it’s through donations, sharing my fundraiser, or simply cheering me on, every bit of support means the world to me. Every mile has a purpose, and I’m so grateful to have you be part of this journey with me!
