I am so excited to announce that my Bat Mitzvah project has begun! To celebrate becoming a responsible adult in the Jewish community, I am organizing multiple lemonade stands to support Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) and my goal is to raise $1818 by the end of June.
Alex Scott was just a young girl who was diagnosed with cancer right before her first birthday. When she was just four years old, Alex told her parents she wanted to hold a lemonade stand to raise money to help doctors find a cure. Her very first stand raised $2,000 in a single day! In 2004, Alex reached her goal of raising $1 million. After Alex passed away, her parents, Liz and Jay Scott, founded ALSF in 2005 to carry on her legacy.
I chose this charity to help end the devastating impact cancer has on children. Every donation helps save lives and brings us closer to finding a cure for childhood cancer. In honor of my special day, I would love to have your support in helping me reach my goal. Please consider donating through my page or joining us in person. Any amount helps!
Thank you!
