Hi! My name is Stella MacKay. I live in Portland, Oregon and I am holding this lemonade stand in honor of my brother Max, who was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2019, and appreciation towards Alex, and how amazing this foundation is. While my brother was in treatment I was signed up for the SuperSibs program and I am so beyond grateful for those packages still to this day. Whenever I received one I felt honored and special and understood. I want to hold this stand to say thank you.

My brother was thankfully able to beat the cancer and is 2 years cancer free playing lacrosse on his college team and will be graduating soon. Having that extremely traumatic experience when I was young expanded my view on how many families have to go through this… this terrifying, heart breaking, world changing, shocking, uncertain time. While I believe everything happens for a reason, I will do anything I can do to help stop this awful disease from killing any more children and damaging many super sibs as they say.
