Join us at Charlie Hooper’s Brookside Bar & Grille on Monday, June 13 at 6:30pm for a fun night of baseball, beers and the chance to win some treasured sports memorabilia! Royals World Series Champion outfielder and Kansas City sports legend Alex Gordon will be on hand to meet fans, sign autographs, and watch the 2014 World Series rematch as the Royals take on the San Francisco Giants. Prior to the game, Alex will play his favorite 1980’s tunes and will have a Q&A with the host of the evening’s festivities, Kansas City sports broadcasting legend Frank Boal, featuring stories from the 2014 World Series vs. the Giants and the unforgettable 2015 World Series run.

Boulevard Brewing’s limited-release beer, Gordo’s Golden Ale, will be available on special all night long. Boulevard and Alex will discuss this one-of-a-kind collaboration, which was a resounding success this Spring. And don’t forget to try Alex’s Lincoln Lemonade featuring Tito’s Handcrafted Vodka!

Table reservations and meet-and-greet tickets may be purchased in advance. There will be a raffle and silent auction to win exciting Alex Gordon and Royals items (available at Charlie Hooper’s only) beginning at 6:30pm until the game begins at 8:45pm. Enjoy the Royals game with sound on the new big-screen TV’s. Charlie Hooper’s has one of the largest craft beer selections in Kansas City, an extensive menu of delicious food, and features all Royals and MLB games throughout the season!

All proceeds from the event benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand and the fight against childhood cancer.
