Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation holds special events throughout the year to boost our fundraising efforts. Our one-of-a-kind – and always fun - special events are “win-win” propositions. Whether we are dancing the night away at The Lemon Ball, enjoying delicious food at one of our culinary events, partaking in a stair climb at one of our Lemon Climbs or running a 5K at The Lemon Run, adults, kids, families and even volunteers have a great time while raising money for an important cause.

The Alex Gordon Classic benefiting Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) is a tournament organized by Midwest Sports Productions that provides youth from across the Midwest with unique and valuable tournament experiences through well managed and highly organized events.
Lemonade Days commemorates our Founder, Alex Scott’s, tradition of holding her annual summer lemonade stand. Her supporters across the country can join together to take a stand against childhood cancer during this week (or any other time of year).

This is a community effort involving 25 Hy-Vee locations hosting lemonade stands throughout Kansas and Missouri during one weekend in June.

Come to the stand that started it all! Alex’s “Original” Lemonade Stand is an uplifting, fun-filled, family-friendly day that continues Alex’s yearly summer stand at the school she once attended. This event is complete with food, games, crafts and raffles, and of course lemonade.

The Great Chefs Event Philadelphia is the original ALSF culinary event and features our chef partner, Marc Vetri, and more than 40 of the best chefs from across the country and around the world. This family-friendly, daytime event will be held in the unique venue of Urban Outfitters headquarters at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Chefs will prepare small plates for guests to sample and enjoy.
|Alex Scott: A Stand For Hope Telethon||Philadelphia's CBS 3 TV||
CBS 3 and the CW Philly host this 14-hour televised fundraiser. CBS television personalities lead the effort, with special segments featuring Alex Scott and other childhood cancer heroes and their families.
|The Lemon Climb Denver||Denver, CO||
The Lemon Climb returns to Denver. There are 43 flights of stairs awaiting Lemon Climb Denver participants at the 1999 Broadway building! Participants climb to the top with a team or on their own and help raise funds to help kids with cancer. Afterwards, stick around for an awesome after-party to celebrate together.

This summer, Bob’s Discount Furniture will be raising money for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation in the Café of each of its stores. Every month, Bob’s collects thousands of dollars from their generous customers who want to give back to their community. Bob’s matches 100% of the money raised and each quarter selects a non-profit to be the recipient of the Café Collection donations. ALSF is excited to announce that we will be the recipient of all the donations collected from July to September.

Participating Applebee’s restaurants will raise funds as part of the Applebee’s Serves program in support of ALSF. Fundraising efforts vary by locations and include Applebee’s donating a portion of the sale of each lemonade (all varieties) through their Summer Squeeze® promotion and/or purchasing a paper lemon in support of childhood cancer research.
