Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Gamer for Kids with Cancer?

Gamers dedicate their time to raise funds to help childhood cancer research. Through a personalized fundraising page, friends, family and viewers can make a one-time donation or pledge a dollar amount for your accomplishments, regardless of the game. For example: $2 per point x 50 points = $100 to research. Play the game you love, tell others and raise awareness for childhood cancer to bring potentially lifesaving treatment options to thousands of kids waiting for a cure. You can add a link to a Twitch account on your page.

Who can be a Gamer for Kids with Cancer?

Anyone can be a Gamer for Kids with Cancer! Whether you’re a first-time player, or a seasoned pro you can play the game you love and bring hope to thousands of kids and their families by turning your accomplishments into research dollars. Through a personalized fundraising webpage, friends and family can make a one-time donation or pledge a dollar amount per unit of your choice; wins, points and more.

Why support Gamers for Kids with Cancer?

Children with cancer need you on their team. Childhood cancers are the leading cause of death by disease in the U.S. and pediatric cancer research is vastly and consistently underfunded. With your support while doing something you love, you can increase the progress and amount of research projects that will eliminate this disease from children’s lives.
