Students at Patterson Park Public Charter School read the novel “The Lemonade War”, by Jaqueline Davis and learned the importance of family and friendship while a brother and sister overcame obstacles in a lemonade competition. Students would now like to host their own lemonade stand at PPPCS and donate their earnings to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, which supports childhood cancer. We are holding a fundraiser to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer!
