Hi there, my children love hosting a summer time neighborhood lemonade stand and they decided they wanted to follow Alex's example and make it benefit something bigger than themselves. So we're hosting a Friday evening fundraiser to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer  a cure for all children with cancer. We'd love for you to stop by and taste test Claire's fresh squeezed lemonade she's been perfecting all summer; or you can make a donation right to this page. Please help kids and their families by providing desperately needed hope! This year for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, Phi Theta Chi, is honoring Cas Karels. Cas is the son of Philip and Monique Karels, turning 5 years old on the 23rd of this month. On August 31, 2016 Cas had a resection done on a tumor that was the size of a softball. On September 14, 2016 Cas was diagnosed with PNET (Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor) brain tumor and on September 28, 2016 started Chemotherapy. Just this past month Cas had a scan done to check his stability, he remains in Remission. Cas is a fighter and doesn’t plan on stopping any time soon! Thanks for your support!
