Lindsey Gatlin and Madelyn Tyrell will host an Alex’s Lemonade Stand in their Brightmoor neighborhood on June 7.
National Lemonade Days is a three-day national event started in 2004 by Alexandra “Alex” Scott. She had been diagnosed at age 1 with neuroblastoma, a pediatric cancer.
To join the battle against childhood cancer, 11-year-old Alicia Joy Volinski will host an Alex’s Lemonade Stand on June 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Los Serranos Golf and Country Club, 15656 Yorba Ave., Chino Hills.
