Medulloblastoma (MB) is the most common malignant brain tumor in children and a leading cause of cancer-related death. Despite aggressive treatments including surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, many children experience lifelong neurological and cognitive impairments that profoundly affect their development and quality of life. Alarmingly, about 30 percent of patients relapse, and most cases of recurrence are fatal.
