Join Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) in raising awareness and funding research during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

Cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in children up to the age of 20 in the United States. This September, join us in changing the future of childhood cancer while honoring our childhood cancer heroes! Here are five ways you can make a difference this September.
1. Donate! This is the most powerful thing you can do to help kids with cancer get their cures, espeically during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Your donations fund research, which fuels discovery, and finds safer options for all kids fighting!
2. Join The Million Mile! This flexible fitness challenge takes place every September, encouraging everyone to go the distance for kids with cancer. Walk, run, cycle, and help raise awareness and funds during this free Childhood Cancer Awareness Month event. Let's move one million miles together!
3. Read our new Childhood Cancer Report 2026! Created so everyone can understand childhood cancer, this report brings together critical data and research insights into one accessible place. Read more about statistics on childhood cancer, timelines of FDA approvals and research milestones, and the future direction of treatments and cures for all kids with cancer.
4. Share on social media! We've created graphics and captions for you to copy here so you can easily share your support of the cause and raise awareness of childhood cancer. Don't forget to tag @AlexsLemonade.
5. Learn more about childhood cancer! Read inspiring stories about our childhood cancer heroes, the facts about this devastating disease, and the research donors help fund, all on our weekly updated blog.
