After following the story of a child with cancer online, Joseph discovered several charities he could support to help the cause. He didn’t realize childhood cancer was underfunded and that’s when he found Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. He brought the idea of supporting the Foundation to his team at Ascent Resources and they helped make his event possible. At the lemonade stand, staff even auctioned off a car wash for donors.

“Our contractor and vendor partners along with the Ascent Resources team always come through big.  There are so many people with such big hearts and a willingness to make a difference,” said Joseph, the stand organizer.
