Who is receiving the Alex Scott Crystal Cup Awards?

Mary Stengel Austen

Mary’s dedication to helping ALSF in its pursuit of finding cures for kids with cancer is truly remarkable. Her heart of gold, selfless giving of time and energy and humble nature are just a few of the reasons why we are so happy to present Mary Austen with the 2022 Alex Scott Crystal Cup Award. She lives in Radnor with her equally amazing husband Peter and their 5 children John, Andrew, Christopher, Thomas and Sally.

The Malvern School

The dedication of The Malvern School’s entire team has taught thousands of children valuable lessons about the importance of giving back and their ability to make a difference. This dedication has also added up in significant donations that support ALSF’s work to find new cures and help families whose children are battling cancer. In 2021, The Malvern School surpassed $1 million raised since they started supporting ALSF.

What should I wear?

There is no official dress code to follow, but we are still encouraging guests to embody the spirit of the in-person event by getting festive! This year, “yellow tie” apparel is not required. If you want to dress formal, go for it. If you prefer casual chic, that’s great too! You can share photos from your Lemon Ball setup with us on social media by tagging @AlexsLemonade. Keep in mind, for most of the night you will not be visible to other guests. During the program, you will not be on camera but can interact through the chat box.
