Learn about our childhood cancer Hero Funds. Read their stories, and be inspired to donate or raise funds in their honor today!

Interested in starting a fund to honor your childhood cancer hero? You and your friends/family can raise funds through a variety of events of your choosing and donate them directly to your Hero Fund. You can even request that ALSF use all donations to your Hero Fund to support a specific type of research if you choose!

Gavin

Gavin Morris was born on August 24, 2009 to Chad and Tosha Morris.  He was always a healthy, happy, little boy. Gavin immediately became the center of Tosha and Chad's world.

Grey for Trey

Donations to the Grey for Trey Hero Fund will go directly to Flashes of Hope, which provides free, uplifting portraits to celebrate the lives of children battling cancer and contributes to pediatric cancer research.

Katie Brant

Katie's Kids for the Cure is now supporting ALSF's Crazy8 Initiative.

Luca

Please help us Honoring Luca and his brave journey fighting this rare and aggressive type of cancer. The name Luca means “bringer of light”. We teamed up with ALSF creating this Hero Fund so Luca's light can keep shining, helping future kids.

Emma is a beautiful two-year-old girl. She loves her family very much. She has an amazing big sister named Bailie, who makes her belly laugh almost all day.
