Beads of Courage

Beads of Courage helps make every day brighter for children coping with serious illness.  They are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and teens coping with serious illness, their families, and the clinicians who care for them through our Arts-in-Medicine Programs. 

Bear Necessities

A Bear Hug is a customized experience that brightens the life of a child going through cancer. We work with the child and their family to design a Bear Hug that meets their unique needs and interests.

Beat Cancer Today

Beat Cancer Today is excited to offer Beat Cancer Today Pediatric Cancer Survivor Scholarships and Beat Cancer Today Pediatric Cancer Sibling Scholarships! New for 2019, we now also have low-income scholarships available. Founded by parents of kids fighting cancer, Beat Cancer Today understands the financial burden that is placed on families. We have established these scholarships as a way to provide financial assistance to survivors and siblings of individuals who have been diagnosed with pediatric cancer. The scholarships help qualified applicants pursue post-secondary education from accredited educational institutions.

Each scholarship is in the amount of $2,500 or $5,000 for "Low-Income Scholarships". Scholarship applications, rules and guidelines, and frequently asked questions can be found below.

Believe in Tomorrow

Believe In Tomorrow Children's Foundation provides exceptional hospital and respite housing services to critically ill children and their families. Our hospital housing program is the premier provider of overnight accommodations for families of children receiving treatment at the world-renowned Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore, MD. We developed the concept for pediatric respite housing and are the leading provider in the United States.

Benji Watson Foundation

Provides financial assistance to help families affected by pediatric cancer cover their everyday expenses. Support includes: rent payments, grocery cards, travel expenses, gas cards, household bills.

Bereaved Parents of the USA

Helps grieving parents and families rebuild their lives after the death of a child. Offers support, understanding, encouragement and hope to fellow bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents.

Beyond the Cure Ambassador Scholarship Program

Beyond the Cure Ambassador Scholarship Program awards college scholarships to childhood cancer survivors who have demonstrated the ability to overcome the difficult challenges of cancer with determination and motivation.  Celebrating it ten year anniversary, the program has awarded over $1 million in college scholarships to childhood cancer survivors across the country. 

BIG Love Cancer Care

Serves pediatric oncology patients and their families with in-hopsital support, meals, comfort carts, and holiday pick-me-ups. Nursing scholarship opportunity for eligible survivors, siblings, and parents. Operated by volunteers through Texas Children's, Dell Children's, and MD Anderson in TX.

Blair's Tree of Hope

Aids families of children in Minnesota who have been hospitalized with a life threatening illness due to pediatric Cancer, pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant or pediatric Blood Disorder.

Bo's Place

Bo’s Place is a grief support center for children in the Houston, Texas area offering multiple grief support services for adults, children and families, and provides education and resources for those who assist people in grief.

Bone Marrow Foundation

Provides financial assistance and free support services to bone marrow/stem cell transplant patients and their families

Boston Cancer Support

For Massachusetts families only. Provides information for financial aid opportunities, resources for clinical trials, free or subsidized lodging, support groups to fit various needs, and free transportation to treatments in MA.

Brave the Shave

Assists with needs such as air filters for homes, gas cards to get to appointments, and relief from the ever-growing mountain of bills and unexpected expenses. Assists families in the North Dakota area, up to one year post treatment, regardless of financial status. 

Brendan's Fund

Brendan's Fund provides assistance with "access to care" services like travel, hotel, food, and other services necessary furing the child's illness and treatment. Serves residents of Cape May and Atlantic County undergoing treatment at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Bringing Hope Home

One-time grant used to pay household bills, including rent and mortgage, electric, gas, oil, water, home phone, cell phone, car payment, and car insurance bills.

Brittany Miller Foundation

Grants provided to families to offest travel, lodging, food, and miscellaneous expenses associated with visits to hospitals/treatment facilities in New York, New Jersey, Conneticut.

Bumble Bee Foundation

Helps support the well-being of Southern California families. Patient Aid program include gas cards, grocery cards, meals, bill payments, etc. 

By the Bay Camp

Summer grief retreat for grieving children and teens, ages 7-17 (18, if still in high school)

Cal's Angels

Cal's Angels pediatric grants wishes, raises awareness and funds research to help kids fighting cancer.

Camp B&ST at Camp Good Days Recreational Facilities

Week-long summer camping sessions, weekend adult retreats, and year-round programs for families who have been touched by cancer and other life challenges. All programs are free of charge.
