Religious support

Religious communities can be sources of both spiritual and practical help.

• Arrange for the pastor, rabbi, or church members to visit the hospital, if the family wants

• Arrange prayer services for the sick child

• Ask the child’s religious education class to send pictures, posters, letters, balloons, or tapes to the sick or injured child
