Manzano High School 3rd Annual GOLD GAME

PLEASE SELECT A NAME FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU ABOVE THE DONATE BUTTON. SELECT THE NAME OF THE STUDENT THAT TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS. THE GAME is on Saturday September 14 at 11am at Wilson Stadium. However fundraising begins on September 6 and continues till the end of the month. The Manzano Monarchs are known for their generosity and charitable spirit. This years charity effort begins with the story of 3 friends. One named Emily who had a rare cancer only affecting children. One named Kylie who also developed a childhood cancer. Then there is Kileigh Hoffman who knew them both. Kileigh grew up to become one of these generous and charitable Monarchs. Emily and Kylie both lost their battle against cancer but Kileigh remains true, picking up the torch in their memories and continues to this day to find ways to remember her precious friends and bring awareness to others of how together we can find a cure so that noone else has to say goodbye to their precious friends. On Saturday, September 14, at an EPiC game between the Manzano Monarchs and the Hope Huskies, the Spirit Squad cheering them on, these brave and heroic kids will be tackling childhood cancer with a fighting Spirit. It's known as the GOLD GAME. Going gold for kids with cancer. We will be selling lemonade at the game at Wilson Field beginning at 11am and going till we run out. You can help us by sharing this link and helping us spread the word. Donations can be made right here as well as at the event. All donations will go to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for research for a cure. Thank you.
